of course logitech is not going to send me replacement units for my older devices, so I'll need to figure out how to solve it. My laptop also run windows 10, and until now I haven't found any information related to this issue. I have exactly the same problem since last monday with older devices that used to work perfectly (the model of the mouse is M305), I have tried with another unifyng receiver from another mouse M305 and neither of them are recognized by the laptop (ACER). I can't not find any help for this issue any where.
